All persons planning to attend SM Expo must be registered. SM Expo is a private trade show open to the trade only, and not open to the public. Individuals who cannot document their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualifies to attend the trade show.

For any special services or accommodations, you may require, please reach out to [email protected]. Kindly note that requests made within two weeks may pose challenges in fulfillment. We appreciate your understanding.

SM Expo recognizes that both professional and personal situations can result in needing to make a change to business travel. Therefore, if your plans change, substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellations. Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants.

By attending, you acknowledge and accept the Badge Scanning Policy. You understand that by choosing to allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or a sponsor, you are providing the exhibitor or sponsor with your personal information and in doing so you consent to the exhibitor or sponsor contacting you in the future about their products and services. You understand that you can opt-out of this contact at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor. You understand that your badge may be scanned on entry/exit to SM Expo and used in relation to event safety/security and that the event organizer may use this information in aggregate form to analyze/improve the visitor experience. Scanning at entry/exit is not associated with marketing consent choices that you make. You understand and agree that the event organizer may transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area in administering the badge scanning process and when passing information to exhibitors and sponsors.
